The Falcon TEALcenter is a modern looking octagonal building made of hempcrete and bamboo.
TEALcenters consist of a ground level community space and a mezzanine (first floor).
... On the first floor of this new media TEALcenter is a video and music recording studio. The high ceiling makes it easy to hang the necessary lighting.

The community space can serve many different uses, such as FabLab, co-working space, repair café, conference and workshop space, children atelier, community kitchen...
Behind the sliding wall of the community space is room for a lounge and kitchen area, including storage. There are also 2 toilets and a washing stand.

TEALcenters can be designed with new and/or recuperated windows. They are easy to fit in thanks to the hempcrete wall building with sliding shuttering.
Roof windows It is also possible to add additional roof windows in recycled polycarbonate. In the examples we see Falcon TEALcenters with 1, 2, 3 or 5 roof windows. |
